This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you send us through this website. We have written it to match how the site really works, not to cover ourselves with wording no one reads.

What we collect, and when

We only collect information you choose to send us. That means the details you type into the consultation form or the general enquiry form, such as your name, email address, company and what you would like help with.

The site is a set of static pages. It does not ask for anything in the background, and it does not build a profile of you as you browse.

Where your enquiry goes

When you submit a form, your message is delivered to us by email through a third-party form processor. We do not store your enquiry in a database on this website. Your information lives in the email the processor sends and in our inbox, so we can read it and reply.

We ask only for the details we need in order to respond. You do not have to complete optional fields.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry is retained in line with the form processor's own policy and in our email inbox for as long as we may reasonably need it to help you. If you would like us to delete your enquiry, ask and we will.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your information.
  • We do not pass it to advertisers.
  • We do not send you marketing you did not ask for.

Search engines and AI systems

We publish this site so people and reputable search and AI systems can find and understand our work. Our crawler policy is described in the site's robots.txt. Nothing you send through a form is published or shared with those systems.

Getting in touch
